Once we receive your online instructions we will send you an e-mail for your confirmation that you do wish us to produce you Will(s) from the instructions given. When we receive your confirmation we will follow the process outlined in the "How to" section of our web site

A practical tip:
This form is fairly long and will take time to complete. To reduce the time spent on-line, save the form, fill it out at your leisure and then use your browser to open up the saved form and send it to us by clicking the submit button . If you have any difficulty in completing this form, we can send you a hard-copy via fax or post or e-mail you an instruction form in Word 97 format.

If the instructions for your partner are basically the same as your own then you can complete this instruction form for Mirror Wills. However, if the instructions are different then you will need to complete two separate instruction forms for two single Wills.
