Have you the will to Make a Will?

people2

Writing a Will is for everyone......leaving a Will is just as important for someone of modest means as it is for someone who is wealthy. If you die without leaving a Will the Law will stipulate how your assets are to be distributed amongst your surviving relations. This can sometimes mean that your assets go to people you wouldn't want to have them or that your surviving husband or wife is left with a home but no money to live off.

Bequest Wills - Business Approach

Our approach to the business of writing wills for our clients is very simple. We want to provide an outstanding service that demonstrates value to our clients - and makes the process easy and straightforward.

We believe that our clients should be completely satisfied with the details of their Will. We produce a draft of the Will which can be sent by post or by e-mail. If there are any questions or additions that need making then we can make the appropriate ammendments prior to producing the final, bound version of your Will.

To prepare your Will we first send you an instruction questionnaire for you to complete at home. Alternatively, you can complete the instruction form online. As well as enabling us to prepare your Will in accordance with your wishes, the information pack includes a small booklet that will answer many of your questions about Wills. We are always available at the end of the telephone or by e-mail to answer any further questions you may have.

Once you have returned the questionnaire to us we can proceed with preparing your Will. In a few cases we might need to clarify certain aspects of your instructions. In these cases we would normally send you an e-mail.

Once the instructions have been agreed, your Will should be ready for signature within 14 days or less.

Once we receive your Instructions the process is quite straightforward. We have outlined the process on the next page :
